Un partenariat gage de qualité et d'excellence

Since its origin, the TERIA network has forged close partnerships with the IGN.

TERIA has proposed to the IGN the incorporation of all its stations into the RGP network (Permanent GNSS Network). As a result, it quickly covered the entire metropolitan area and offered a post-processing service for all users. Conversely, the IGN has certified TERIA stations, providing users with a guarantee of geo-referencing in the RGF 93 system and stability monitoring over time. RGF 93 is a three-dimensional, geocentric and centimetric accuracy system that complements the traditional GPS system.

The status of certified TERIA stations can be consulted in real time 24/7 on the iTERIA application as well as all the areas covered by the network.

The TERIA – IGN partnership has resulted in the establishment of a public-private partnership agreement between the EMB and the IGN. With a protocol on the technical modalities of data transfer attached.

As part of EXAGONE’s Quality policy, the IGN is thus an independent source of external control, making it possible to ensure the maximum security of the service.

L’Institut national de l’information géographique et forestière (IGN) est un établissement public créé par décret le 26 juin 1940.  Il a pour mission d’assurer la production, l’entretien et la diffusion de l’information géographique de référence sur le territoire français.
