Dear customer,

In this unprecedented pandemic situation of COVID-19, which is affecting the economic activity of our country, I wanted to inform you directly of the measures adopted by TERIA both to comply with government directives and to ensure continuity in the service of its customers.

Containment is now required to prevent the spread of the virus, and we rigorously subscribe to the collective effort.

A teleworking activity of our engineers has been set up in order to always ensure technical assistance. It will allow us to accompany you and meet your needs because it is our role to remain fully mobilized to provide you with advice and expertise.
An identical system has been set up for our administrative and accounting departments.

During the entire period of confinement, we will not be able to receive you at our headquarters, nor will we be able to take part in the various meetings to which we have committed ourselves.

We will do our utmost to avoid any interruption in service, but if you notice an unusual delay in responding to your requests, we apologize in advance.

We share your hope that our collective efforts to contain the spread of the virus will be successful as soon as possible and that we can resume normal activity after this highly disruptive episode.
